About The Owner
Mariline Guise, is an Associate Certified Coach and Member with the International Coaching Federation, professional coach and founder of Explore Options Coaching, LLC. She also holds the role as a lead coach, career strategist with at a Fortune 50 company, where she and her team of esteemed coaches guide hundreds of professionals to attain their career aspirations while creating substantiable solutions to drive their careers forward and be impactful! With 12 +years of experience, Mariline combines her professional coaching theory with her experience as a senior corporate diversity recruiter and as a career transitioner. Her experiences enable Mariline to empathize with the many challenges one faces throughout their career. Mariline’s coaching style is realistic, creative and action-oriented with a client-centered approach. She coaches individuals to strive for the optimal outcome and persist until the client’s desired results are achieved. Through customized one-on-one coaching, she helps her clients design the lives and careers of their dreams and go from feeling stuck and powerless in their careers to landing and thriving in their current position.
She supports them in crafting a vision for their life and career that is rooted in the things that matter most to them. Helping individuals create an actionable roadmap and provides support and accountability every step of the way as they work to make their dreams a reality. Mariline completed her executive coach training with Emory Executive Education & Psychoanalytic Institute. In additional to completing her M.S. in Business and Human Resource from Webster University and B.S. in Family and Consumer Science from South Carolina State University.
